Step by step guide


1.       Pass your lead through to your account manager by email, phone or via our online referral system.
 

2.       Your account manager will contact your customers and run through the costs for the legal side of the move as well as the process of the move
 

3.       Once the call has been made there will be three potential outcomes:

a.  Client has instructed and paid to open the file meaning they have access to a dedicated account manager and navigator safeguarding their move and helping to speed up the conveyancing process

b.  Client not ready to instruct so we will schedule a follow up call

c.  Client has declined to use the service so the file is closed
 

4.       Once instructed, we will also speak to your customers about getting legally prepared for the onward purchase, and the importance of instructing the solicitor early
