"I've found the new version of the Move with Us Solicitor members area an invaluable tool - the improvements are huge! When entering the system I am immediately faced with the files that require updates. This makes it easier to keep on top of my workload and ensure that we are meeting our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The overall layout of the system is much more user friendly with colour coded icons showing at a glance what stage each file has reached. This also helps when taking calls from clients, agents and anyone else looking for an update. The notes section is a lot easier to use as it's in date order plus the option to click on sections independently and enter notes means there is less chance they're entered incorrectly. The main benefit of this system is the document folder. I know that this was available on the old system but it is much improved meaning that clients can upload anything throughout the transaction and there is a record log of which documents have been received which means we don't have to search through emails to find the attachments. Overall I have found the system to be much more user friendly and invaluable as a tool to update all parties involved in the transaction. The tick and cross sections mean that whether solicitors, agents or clients are using the system, they can see at a glance what stage their transaction has reached which will help reduce calls to the office and ultimately give us more time to work on the case rather than spending time updating people. "
